Chapter 620: Welcome to Hell

The Dragon Lord and all the members of the Long and Ye Families looked expectantly at Snowmane and An Bai, hoping that Qin Qing was also on Biluo Island.

Snowmane stated expressionlessly, "Ye Xiu’s first wife, Qin Qing, and his second wife, Leng Yue, were captured and brought to Biluo Island long ago."

"Haha, that’s great!" Upon confirming that Qin Qing was indeed on Biluo Island, Ye Tianming and the others from the Ye and Long Families were all visibly thrilled. Seeing this, Snowmane and An Bai knew exactly why the group was so excited.

An Bai asked, "You aren’t thinking of taking revenge on Qin Qing, are you?"

"Of course not, certainly not," Ye Tianming quickly denied. He was worried they wouldn’t tell him where Qin Qing was if he revealed his true intentions, so he added righteously, "I am a man who is clear about my debts and my grudges. Although the Ye Family and Ye Xiu are locked in a fight to the death, I would never involve anyone else. Even though Qin Qing is Ye Xiu’s wife, I won’t do anything to her."

The Dragon Lord added, "In fact, my friend Ye and I have long regretted what happened in the past. We hope to make amends with Ye Xiu through Qin Qing. After all, an endless cycle of vengeance gets us nowhere. It’s better to let bygones be bygones with a smile."

Snowmane and An Bai didn’t believe a word they said. They knew all too well how badly Ye Xiu had tormented the Ye and Long Families. Now that they knew Qin Qing was on Biluo Island and Ye Xiu wasn’t, Ye Tianming and the Dragon Lord would certainly not miss this chance to take revenge on him by targeting his wife.

Of course, they secretly hoped the Ye and Long Families would try to take revenge. They knew the clansmen were no match for Qin Qing and Leng Yue, but having them as playthings would keep the two women from causing trouble elsewhere and tormenting the people of the Eternal Kingdom.

Snowmane played along with their wishes, saying, "Qin Qing and Leng Yue used to live in Sanyan Village but have now moved to the Abandoned City. Why don’t you also settle there?"

"Okay!" Ye Tianming nodded, suppressing his excitement. He said in all seriousness, "I will have a good talk with Qin Qing and persuade her to advise Ye Xiu to reconcile with the Ye and Long Families."

Snowmane nodded. "Then get on the bus."

The members of the Ye and Long Families all boarded the bus. They were in a large coach, while Snowmane and An Bai took a sports car. On the coach, there were no outsiders besides the driver.

The Dragon Lord said fiercely, "Ye Xiu has tormented the Long Family so much. I want to pay him back tenfold, a hundredfold, through Qin Qing. He loves to torture people, right? We have over a thousand men. We’ll take turns with Qin Qing, take pictures, and send them to him. He’ll be furious enough to die!"

Ye Tianming laughed. "Even the wise have their moments of oversight. Ye Xiu is overwhelmingly powerful, a master strategist with immense influence, yet he forgot to have us monitored. That’s how we escaped. And now, in this foreign land, we’ve run into Qin Qing. It’s like the heavens can no longer stand by and watch. We’ve been given a chance to get our revenge on Ye Xiu by torturing her."

Everyone from the Ye and Long Families grew excited. The mere thought of the state Qin Qing would be in after they were done torturing her sent a rush of adrenaline through them.

It was now past ten at night, and the convoy was speeding down the neon-lit road. In the past, for the Ye and Long Families to reach the Abandoned City, they would have had to cross mountains and valleys, arriving at noon the next day at the earliest. However, since Qin Qing and Leng Yue had tamed all the Mutated Beasts in the Abandoned City, the Ministry of Military Affairs on Biluo Island had reopened the dilapidated road to deliver supplies to them regularly. This meant the members of the Ye and Long Families could simply drive there.

Still, the mountain road was full of twists and turns.

「The next morning, just as dawn was breaking,」 the convoy finally arrived at the Abandoned City.

"This is the Abandoned City? It’s much better than I expected, and there are so many people living here," Ye Tianming remarked cheerfully as he sat in the vehicle, looking at the people cleaning the streets.

The driver couldn’t help but chuckle to himself. If you had come a few days earlier, the Abandoned City definitely wouldn’t look the way it does now. And those people cleaning the streets aren’t here voluntarily; they’re all being forced!

Just then, the leading sports car stopped at the entrance of a villa complex. "We’re here!" the driver said, stopping the bus. "Qin Qing and Leng Yue live in this villa complex."

Ye Tianming stood up, his voice eager and impatient. "Get out! Everyone, get out now!" With that, he took the lead and ran out, followed closely by the Dragon Lord and the others.

After everyone from the Ye and Long Families had disembarked, Snowmane and An Bai left with the convoy. They were worried Qin Qing and Leng Yue might take their anger out on them for bringing the two families here. Snowmane and An Bai were now terrified of Qin Qing and Leng Yue.

"Why did they just leave?" the Dragon Lord asked, puzzled.

"It’s better that they’re gone!" Ye Tianming laughed maniacally. "That way, no one will stop us when we torment Qin Qing!" With a grand wave of his hand, he commanded, "Everyone, follow me!"

He took the lead, sprinting into the villa complex with the Dragon Lord and the others following close behind.

Soon, they found the villa where Qin Qing and Leng Yue lived. It was incredibly easy to find, as it was the only one in the entire complex that was intact and freshly painted.

BANG! Ye Tianming smashed the courtyard gate open with a kick and saw Qin Qing and Leng Yue inside, one practicing with a sword, the other with a saber.

"Hahahaha..." Ye Tianming walked into the courtyard with a triumphant laugh. "Qin Qing! Are you surprised to see us? What an unexpected reunion, eh?"

The faces of the Dragon Lord and the others who followed him were all brimming with taunting grins.

Qin Qing and Leng Yue stopped their training, their expressions betraying no emotion. They were not at all surprised by the arrival of the Ye and Long Family members, as Ye Xiu had already told them what to expect.

"Welcome to Hell!" Qin Qing said, breaking into a radiant smile, her words dripping with mockery.

Huh? Qin Qing and Leng Yue’s reaction left everyone from the Ye and Long Families baffled. Their sudden appearance here, according to all logic, should have shocked Qin Qing and then filled her with immense fear. Yet, not only were the two calm, but Qin Qing had even managed to smile and welcome them to Hell.

"Bluffing!" Ye Tianming snorted coldly and said to the Dragon Lord, "Let’s join forces and cripple Qin Qing’s Martial Prowess first. Then we can enjoy tormenting her."

The Dragon Lord nodded. "Good!" In their minds, Qin Qing’s strength was equivalent to their own, so crippling her would not be difficult if the two of them worked together. As for Leng Yue, they simply ignored her.

"Courting death!" Leng Yue’s figure vanished in a flash. The next moment, Ye Tianming and the Dragon Lord, who had been charging toward Qin Qing, were sent flying backward.

"This..." The faces of Ye Tianming, the Dragon Lord, and every member of the Ye and Long Families changed dramatically. None of them had seen how Leng Yue moved. Even Ye Tianming and the Dragon Lord themselves didn’t know how they had been sent flying, as they hadn’t even seen whether she had attacked with her hands or her feet.
