Su Chengyu arrived in E City at nine in the morning, but he first dealt with matters concerning the bar there. Now that it’s taken care of, he comes looking for Ning Zihan for a reckoning. As soon as the elevator doors open, he doesn’t check if there’s anyone in his way and dashes out in a hurry.

And then, he bumps into someone.

Unable to halt his momentum, he knocks the person down, and not only does the person fall, but he also stumbles down, landing heavily on them.

Though he can’t see the person clearly yet, feeling the soft contact, he guesses it must be a woman.

Ning Wenxian never expected to be knocked down, grimacing in pain. Her head will probably swell up.

If there’s any issue, you’ll have to take responsibility."

Su Chengyu remains stunned, still staring at Ning Wenxian, with his heart pounding still, naturally not responding to what Ning Wenxian is saying.

Seeing Su Chengyu not utter a word and staring at her, Ning Wenxian frowns deeper, raising her voice: "Sir, it’s rude not to respond and to keep staring at a lady, don’t you know?"

Even as she raises her voice, her tone remains quite gentle.

However, she achieves her aim, successfully bringing Su Chengyu back to reality.

Su Chengyu, returning to his senses, smiles warmly as he introduces himself: "Hello, I’m Su Chengyu. Su of Su Dongpo, Cheng as in bear, Yu as in resist. When my older brother was born, he already showed more intelligence than other kids his age. So my dad named me Chengyu, hoping I could bear and resist the pressure from my brother."
